Title: Sandro: A historical overview and retrospective psychological
analysis.
Introduction:
While there are volumes dedicated to the mysterious figure that today,
we know
only as 'sandro' There seems to be very little about the figure
*before* his
achievements, Not to mention an analysis of the psychological conditions
which
could have caused such drastic and revolutionary actions. Actions,
which, as it
is well known, caused the fabric of the society existent at the time, to
change
and evolve into the world we know today.
The Mysterious Figure of Sandro, Regarded by some as an almost Angelic
(or by
cult members as godlike), To this very day still remains a mystery to
us.
Who Was Sandro?
Why did Sandro take the drastic actions that he did?
What environmental presures created the mysterious figure of Sandro?
Caused the Character itself to emerge?
Sadly, The mystery, and indeed the great tradegy of Sandro, Is that it
was never
truely known who (1) he was.
Throughout his life he shrouded himself in anonymity and managed to
protect his
true identity, and indeed sex, from the world at large.
i
Why set in motion the course of events that was to change society in the
way it
did?
It appears, from new evidence gained (2) That Sandro was not a falsely
modest
person, Nor did his intellect allow him to tolerate those that were
obviously
blind to the facts that he himself could plainly see.
His Intellect, and literal talent, far surpassed all but a few in the
forums he
diegned to frequent.
It Appears that Sandro was also possesed of violent tedencies.
His insistence that "Carthage must be destroyed" (3) shows that he
agreed with
the use of violence in structuring and shaping society. Not only was he
predisposed towards using extreme violence as a solution, but also
intolerant of
cultures other than his own (once again, his insistence, and very
obvious
empathy towards the destroyers of Carthage) that showed a lack of
progress
intellectually or socially.
In recovered Archives, Sandro continually can be seen deriding and
mocking other
subcultures that he viewed as socially stagnant.
The psycholigal factors that contirbuted to Sandro as a whole, are many
and
vaired. and will be discussed in further chapters, as will, from what
can be
pieced together, and portrait of the early years of Sandro.
Perhaps the Sadest, and most trajic of all issues concerning Sandro, is
the
absence of any *true* knowledge regarding Sandro.
Even today, statues and images of him depicts a Blank faced, cowled
figure,
Unindetifiable. To mark the fact that Sandro was never once positively
identified or link with a single individual person.
Even those comming into contact with him on the electronic medium of the
then,
embryonic Nets, did not come into any phsycial contact with him.
Many theorists claim that Sandro was a collection of minds, each working
withing
a specific set of guidelines, to create the *illusion* of a single
person.
Others claim that Sandro was a indeed an individual, and Use the Claims
by
several other of Sandros so called innder circle, that they knew he he
was, or
in one case, claimed repeated sexual relations with Sandro.
In the Comming chapters I intend. through the analysis of both old and
new
records, archives and recordings, to study the Figure of Sandro in
depth, and
attempt to present a more complete profile on the figure that is today,
known as
both destroyer and saviour.
(1) For the purposes of this Essay the male defintives are being applied
to
Sandro in order to create a context. From evidence gleaned, the figure
of Sandro
portrays itself as a male figure.
(2) Recent Archeological excavations has uncovered an old magnetic media
storage
device on which a wealth of transmissions from Sandro were contained.
This
storage device is thought to be one of hundreds containing the words of
Sandro.
In what can only be described as an almost religous fervour, these words
(or
Posts) as they were called at the time, were kept catalogued and ordered
in
special retrieval programs, so that the owner may have recalled them at
any
time.
It is clear from this, that even then, Sandro must have been reaching
out,
gathering worshippers to him, in preperation for what he, despite not
knowing
then, was to do.
(3) For those not schooled in history, Carthage was an Ancient city that
was
destroyed totally by hostile forces. It was a center of great learning
and
culture.
