Articles & Games Available for Download

"All programmers are playwrights and all computers are lousy actors."

-- Unknown --

Currently we're compiling the various Articles and Games we've written for anyone to download.  We believe now that they've been ran once, why not make them available for anyone to use! Just click on one of the links below and the appropriate PDF file should begin to download...

All we (the members of PMC) ask is our Games are not reproduced, distributed or performed for commercial use without our written permission.  Feel free to run our Games, use them as source material, etc, but if you plan to sell our intellectual property, we'd like to know about it!  See our Legal Disclaimer for more information.

A quick e-mail to pmc@pointlessmentalcruelty.com is the best way to ask us for permission.

Upcoming Games

The Games we've ran at Australian conventions previously take time to check, edit, format, re-write and upload. Material needs to be clarified and in some cases added so that it makes sense and is easy to run.

Some Games, such as "Caveman Shakespeare", will likely never see the light of day due to their complexity (or in this case, the grammar!).

By the end of 2007, we're hoping to add "The Greatest American Tragedy" to our on-line repository for you to download (they're 80% complete as of July 2007). Also, one of the collaborative works written with Scott (now a PMC member), "The Manor of Darkmoor" could find its way onto our web site before the end of the year. That will make 8 Games in total published by Pointless Mental Cruelty!

Our first Freeform and one of our biggest Games ever, "The Money or XP (Version 3.5)", is scheduled for release in 2008.

Everything else, well... We're getting around to it!
