Vampire - The Dark Ages

It happened last game - 17th July 2002

Yup -several vampires have been dissapearing - prince is a little concerned. The lasombra is being nice to ppl (?), and this funny surcoated brujah is running around town and staying with Rodrigo (Cam) and the Assemite is still alive :)

Last weeks game some rumours of horror outside town lead some ppl to investigae and 3 farm houses were discovered with the families that lived in them brutally killed and in some cases torn to pieces. Very gory - a 3 year old girl was discovered - i believe the Tremere (Andrew) has got the little girl and appears to be caring for her (remind me here - i don';t have my notes on me) The deaths appear to not be linked with the fires near the cathedral ealier than week.

The game ended with the PC's heading back to town all wondering whats happened - its near dawn. The game will recommence the next evening.

The ruling council of Milan are working on some trade agreements, including a bold move with some Egyptian authorities, a variety of Eastern types have been visiting the cities nobles.

The university has been accepting new students, and a number of church groups have been setting up schools, for the children of the upper middle class - as opposed to education being limited to nobility.

A group of enterprising merchants have recently set up a night market, every wednesday nite, they set up in the late afternoon, and trade til close to midnight. The watch is employed to keep order, and all sorts of wares are for sale :) It's become somewhat of a hit with the noble ladies, and commonmers alike. One wonders when the novelty will wear off. The thieves and pickpockets on the other hand are having a field day.

A lasombra delgation is rumoured to be travelling towards Milan to 'visit'. The elder Ventrue are noticably nervous, yes the Prince is weak, but its strongely believed that the de Castels feel its nearly their turn to rule.

And the largest concern - over the past few weeks, a number of Milan's kindred population have disappeared, it's believed they have met the final death. two of Milan's kindred population have dissapeared in the last month.

There are a number of suspicions, but it's strongly believed the dissapearance is from a supernatural source.

There are rumours among the peasantry of some beasts terrorising the outlying farming areas, it sounds like a werewolf presence in the vicinity.
