Its hot today - its glorious summer warm dry heat - non of this humidity shite.

What does this mean? why am I talking about the weather?

Because today I got up, and I could bend and I could stretch, and I could move, and it didn't hurt.

For those of you that know me well, you know how much that would mean to me. For those of you that don't, I have a pretty nasty form of arthritis, which causes me to be in pretty much constant pain.

I laughed out loud for the sheer joy of moving my body, and feeling it move.

This means today is a wonderful day.

I know lots of people are prolly whinging and bitching and feeling pretty uncomfortable about the heat. But I want you stop for a minute, think and smile and be happy for me, because today (even for a little while) I can dance without pain.
