This is a game planned to run at Conquest 2001. I'm co-writting
it with Georgina, who I've never written with before, so that should
be interesting, particularly considering she is going to America for
the next few months, she'll just have to learn how to use email :).
It will be a serious game based around the meaning of storys, the art
of stories, and the importance of stories, maybe...It's going to be a
challenge and could be lots and lots of fun.
Unwritten Rules presents
The Storyteller
"In the days of old the best chair by the fire was reserved
for the storyteller"
Between Grimm and Disney, before they were made nice for Victorian
nurseries, fairytales were as much for adults as they were for
children.
Can you remember when the Magic and Wonder happened alongside Darkness
and Horror?
I thought not.
Think about what makes a story. Tell us of your dreams and have them
change in the telling. Search for a beginning and try to find the end.
Unwritten Rules invites you to discover the truth about stories.
A serious one session systemless multiform for 5 players.
By Renee and Georgina.
